Day -18, and I have no energy for a clever title.

18 Days!

It is 3am and it is the last day of this never-ending film set…. I am delirious…. I was asked to drive Andrew McCarthy back from Connecticut to his home in Manhattan, but politely declined. I don’t like actors. Instead I will be driving a very large equipment truck back to the city, which unfortunately means that I will be one of the last people to be released. I will write more tomorrow, but just wanted to leave a quick note about how tired I am. 18 days!

I shaved.

Hello Steven!
I have enjoyed reading your blog. I'm still getting used to the idea of blogs. I may have a blog soon. It seems many of my favorite people have blogs. The word alone- "blog" is addicting.

I'm disappointed that you passed on driving Andrew McCarthy. I was going to tell you that "Say Anything" is one of my favorite movies, but i just realized that would be silly because John Cusack is in "Say Anything", not Andrew McCarthy. This will probably be the last time I post on your blog because I rarely (if ever) have anything clever to say. Rest assured, I will be following your adventures silently on your blog.

Hey Jen,
Thanks for following along. Andrew McCarthy is kind of an asshole... although there was this one moment on set when someone approached him and loudly praised his work in "Weekend at Bernie's". They were being completely serious, and he was very gracious about it... so maybe I just need to get to know him.
